I am Allison, a Leader living a rewarding life and fulfilling my potential with Boomering. My passion
and purpose are helping individuals reach their utmost potential in a fun and professional environment
whilst also producing highly effective individuals to contribute to the growth of the company.

I’ve never taken a cookie-cutter style approach to leadership, rather I guide every team member to
achieve success utilizing and expanding on their unique capabilities and needs. I’m in 7th heaven
observing my teammates achieve their goals and climb up the corporate pyramid.

As the old saying goes, “In the absence of a challenge, there is comfort. In the presence of comfort,
there is no change.”

So, I moved from my good old days of wearing a nurse’s cap, to the HR industry managing two
dealerships for the country biggest automotive industry leader. But my heart has always been in people
service and management so moved to a senior HR management seat at a world-class shopping mall and
now Boomering!

I’m a self-proclaimed propagandist of learning from Law, Politics, recruitment trends, generative AI,
cars, motorbikes, new recipes and even skincare! In my personal life I love a good work-out routine
and burying myself in a book from the New York Times’ non-fiction best-sellers.

With my extensive experience I aim to help career thrill-seekers who are committed to a collaborative
