Having worked in over 60 countries, I like to think I bring practical international business know-how and cultural awareness to Boomering.

My background was as in accounting. Then auditing, re-engineering, project management and systems design.   

This has been invaluable in setting-up Boomering on Zoho One, so we can grow from an efficient base, with fully integrated operational systems. These enable our service to be consistent and reliable.

In my four years at Boomering, initially as a consultant, to COO, has been the most enjoyable of my working life. Managing the company by EOS – Entrepreneurial Operating System, means we have a defined culture, vision, and a road map. There is no politics, so everyone has a voice to improve ourselves, and motivation to achieve our goals.

Our internal support team are highly capable, and enjoy working in a progressive and valued culture.

We already provide high levels of service through flexible, individually tailored services to Clients.

In the next years of significant growth we expect to be a top 10 BPO company in The Philippines, with offices in other emerging markets.
