I joined Boomering in April 2021 because its simple culture and values (Service, Transparency, Excellence and Partnership) resonate and align with me professionally and personally.

Prior to joining Boomering, I worked in a “traditional” BPO Call Center Setup for more than 10 years. I ‘earned my bones’ and honed my skills, knowledge, and experience in the B2B world starting in Client Relations and working my way up to Team Leader, Account Manager and for the last 5 years being a Business Development Manager.

I have a wealth of experience working for international clients (APAC, AU, US, UK, EU) amongst varied industry verticals. My move to Boomering was a desire to move away from the traditional and into the flexible and tailored solutions we offer clients. The rest is pretty much history!

Outside work, I’m a Music Afficionado that appreciates almost any genre of music and can play some musical instruments like guitars and drums. Travelling and trying food from different cultures are my over hobbies, but my passion is spending quality time with family, friends and loved ones.

I look forward and strive to continue building more valuable, lasting relationships and ultimately, help clients to reach their business goals through offshoring with Boomering.
